Dan Hanes13 November 2023The flood team did a fantastic job cleaning up from a major flood in my home (due to a tree crashing through the roof during a big storm). They cleaned up all the wet and damaged contents, pulled damaged drywall and carpet, and installed fans and heaters to dry everything out. Shane Plopper (St. Louis) in particular went "above and beyond" expectations to make sure my home was cleaned up, dried out, and protected from further damage. He attached an excellent tarp on the roof to help prevent further flooding. He also did a great job with the contents inventory for my insurance company.

Richard Hund11 July 2023When my basement flooded, I didn't know where to turn--- but thankfully Dan was able to come out very quickly to stay pumping out he water. But that's not what stood out in my overall experience. I still needed to get all the contents out, drywall removed, mold issues addressed, dehumidifiers installed... and Dan and his partner Marlena and other workers did it ALL. I could tell it wasn't just a job for them--- they knew we were devastated and worked with us to save what we could. They took the time to talk about the process and save us money where possible. I don't ever want to need their services again! But if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to call them.
