In fact, The Flood Team puts all of our technicians through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, meaning they adhere to the industry’s highest level of ethical and performance standards.
A significant part of maintaining our IICRC certification is continuing education. For our technicians, much of this ongoing training takes place in our own, in-house facility, which simulates a variety of real-world water emergencies.
